Our Returns Policy in Australia

At Haircare Group we ensure that our returns process is here to resolve any issues with your order as quickly as possible! Simply notify our customer service team within seven days of receiving your order if something isn’t right.

You’ll have one point of contact with our Customer Service Team, who will communicate with you right the way through, ensuring we fix the problem as quickly and easily as possible.

We can only accept products that have been unopened and unused. We do not accept any change of mind returns.

I’ve received the wrong item

  • Step 1: Notify us within seven days
  • Step 2: We will send the correct item to you straight away
  • Step 3: We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected from you free of charge

 

I’ve received a damaged item

  • Step 1: Notify us within seven days
  • Step 2: Send us a picture of the damaged item/s
  • Step 3: We will send a replacement to you straight away
  • Step 4: We will advise what to do with the damaged item

 

I haven’t received something I ordered

  • Step 1: Notify us within seven days
  • Step 2: Send us a picture of your order and we'll investigate
  • Step 3: We will update you and, send a replacement or arrange a refund if there's an error.
