Flooding continues to impact parts of New South Wales and has also caused delivery delays in Western Australia.
There will be delivery impacts to the following:
- Collarenebri (2833), Mungindi (2406)
- StarTrack Express items sent to Western Australia from the east coast of Australia
Impacted customers will be notified by StarTrack of any expected delays. You can access your order status by signing into your account and checking My Orders, or by contacting our Customer Support Team.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of acceptance. Whilst we will always do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, minor delays may occur during peak periods, sales and promotions.
Products are only available for delivery in Australia. Haircare Group uses the services of Australia Post, Startrack and other local third parties to deliver to you and accordingly, accepts no responsibility for late delivery, or your failure to receive products which have been dispatched by Haircare Group. StarTrack Couriers' standard operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Shipping times will vary depending upon your nominated delivery address. Please allow between 2-5 business days for metropolitan delivery and 2-10 days to regional and remote destinations. Shipping transit times quoted are typical but can vary due to factors outside our control and that of the carrier.
The amount of delivery charges payable by you will depend upon the postcode of delivery, and will be charged to you in full at the time your order is placed. Please see the table below for further details.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from Startrack with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number link in that email which will take you through to the Startrack Track and Trace portal, or you can enter the tracking number from the email on the Startrack website.

When your order arrives we will require a signature with delivery. This means that the courier needs you to sign for your package unless you select the Authority to Leave option when placing your order online. By selecting the Authority to Leave option you are authorising the courier to then leave the parcel somewhere safe if no one is at the address at the time of delivery.
